London, UK — Places, periods, and plots, are animated through choreographed theatrical dance performances that teach and entertain audiences, bringing to life historic sites, personalities, architecture and ideas. Aegis Live Arts creates sustainable projects that offer a return to its creators/participants in an environment that fosters individuality and embraces collaboration.

A recent performance in collaboration with Albion Baroque Orchestra was reviewed in the British Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies.

Thicker Than Blood is the first in a series of street ballets designed by Aegis Live Arts.

Aegis Live Arts was founded in 2010 by Julia K. Gleich and Michelle Buckley, and in collaboration with Fen Kennedy, Elisabeth Schilling, Simeon John and Laura Weston.
