Bushwick Open Studios returns! The 9th installment of Arts in Bushwick’s annual weekend featuring open studios, exhibitions and performance. At press time there were over 500 online registered events. We worked over the very user friendly Arts in Bushwick website and compiled Norte Maar’s 2015 list of not to miss events, studios, artist curated exhibitions, alternative spaces and performances… or at least those that we don’t wanna miss!!!! Here are our 2015 must sees!!
Arts in Bushwick’s grand summer event, Bushwick Open Studios, returns for its sixth year June 1-3. Named Best Open Studio by L Magazine, this year’s BOS will not disappoint and Norte Maar has big plans!

Welcome to your New Statement: the complete collages of Oliver Ralli is an exhibition celebrating the paper and film collages of Oliver Ralli created in affiliation with his Brooklyn-based band Pass Kontrol. Following the opening join Norte Maar for a serious Pass Kontrol concert / record release / after party at Tandem (236 Troutman Street btwn Knickerbocker + Wilson / $Free)
Saturday, June 2 from 11am-2pm: Maps-N-Mimosas
Start your BOS weekend off right with a map and a cocktail! Norte Maar is please to host once again this signature kick-off event. Map-N-Mimosas will be held at Norte Maar (83 Wyckoff Avenue at Suydam / $Free)
